So, I have been spending some time setting up the business, where I will be selling a variety of items. Some are hand crafted and some are bought, however each are individually selected to fit the theme and style of the store.

I spend quite a lot of time at car boots and in charity shops (the boyfriend will not go a weekend without making sure we go to at least 1) so i have been collecting and am hoping to find more one off pieces of jewellry, crafts, ladies/girls accessories that i can make individual, and sell on to anyone who wants them.

I'm currently in the process of finishing up the website and waiting for the first stock to arrive and also making finishing touches to my own creations.

I thought I would give you guys a sneaky peak at my first few products before they go live in a few weeks on the store site. I would really, really appreciate any feedback, comments on what you think of these few products, what kind of things you would like to see, what you would not!! etc, etc. you don't realise how valued every single comment would be!!!! There is limited stock due to the nature of the store, I think original things seem so much more special to have knowing it may be a one off piece, or one of only a few.

Any feedback would be so helpful, I would really like to make the store completely customer centred and to do this any feedback or constructive criticism would give me the best kick-start.

Fruit Pastel anyone?

Models Own 'fruit pastel' collection nail varnish has been an absolute beauty staple for me this summer, especially with this hot weather we've been experiencing in the usually ever so rainy UK. I saw them online and was initially drawn to the pastel shades, as well as the bargain price tag. At usually £5 a varnish, you can purchase all 5 for £20. How could I resist? 

I found the varnishes went on to the nail really well (except the pink strawberry tart, unsure if this was just a bad one off, it was very gloopy) but all in all I was really pleased with the quality. They do need a couple of coats, especially the lighter shades. I personally don't think they have an overly strong smell once on the nail, but the scratch and sniff lids are a nice novelty. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase these as they look especially lovely with a little summer glow. Come back sun!!
